The base oil comes from Finca Hostalets (Cabacés, Priorat–Montsant), renowned for its fragrant profile and silky texture in Arbequina oils. The white truffle—the celebrated Tartufo Bianco—is harvested in Italy and on the Istrian Peninsula, and incorporated following the Italian tradition passed down by Chef Gianni on the Costa Brava (Cadaqués).
